Paul is an early pioneer of the resident-owned MHC business. He founded ROC USA to scale resident ownership through market development, training & coaching, and community financing.

ROC USA supports more than 325 ROCs in 21 states, providing $300M+ in community financing.

David has more than 30 years of financial management experience and has been in the MHC business for 15 years. He has a strong background in financial reporting, consolidation accounting and international financial reporting standards and extensive experience in entity capitalization, lender compliance and reporting and forecasting.

Jessika has been an owner and operator of manufactured home communities and commercial properties since 2017. She has a strong background in manufactured housing ops, infill, and infrastructure work. Jessika has a passion for connecting with residents and community owners.
